Experimental electroerosion machining of special materials for aerospace industry
Líkař, Martin ; Mouralová, Kateřina (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
This master´s thesis deals with the issues of electroerosive machining material used in aerospace industry. The master´s thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part is described electroerosive machining with a focus on electrical discharge sinking. One section of the theoretical part is an analysis of materials used in the aerospace industry. The practical part of the master´s thesis is focused on electrical discharge sinking of aerospace material INCO 713LC, here is investigated the influence of machining parameters on the surface of the workpiece and tool.
Trend development of electrodischarge sinking machines
Čumpl, David ; Prokop, Jaroslav (referee) ; Osička, Karel (advisor)
In this work, a principle of Electro Discharge Sinking Technology is described as well as comparison of individual machine producers. Further, description of an electrode production technology is included together with a recommendation of a machine to a middle mechanical engineering company. Last part is dedicate technical and economical analysis on concrete types of machines and adumbration another trends of development.
Trend of exercise electrodischarge machining
Jakeš, Jan ; Kalivoda, Milan (referee) ; Osička, Karel (advisor)
In this work, description of a basic principle of electro discharge machining and its technological possibilities was made. Possibilities of individual EDM machine producers and their comparison were described. Furthermore, the use of electro discharge machining in Zdas a.s. was shown. Trends in a development of the electro discharge technology are included, too.
Electroerosive sinking of technical ceramics
Kudrna, Tomáš ; Mouralová, Kateřina (referee) ; Osička, Karel (advisor)
The master’s thesis deals with the topic of electrical discharge machining. The first part of the thesis contains a study of the die-sinking EDM. The die-sinking EDM of the silicon carbide ceramic is realized in the experimental part of the thesis. The result of this work was to explore the influence of the EDM sinking parameters, specifically pulse current, open-voltage and pulse on-time, on the machined surface. Furthermore, the analysis of the tool electrode was made. This analysis was focused on the wear in the corners, which has key influence on accuracy of the machining. The machining time was also examined.
Analysis of results from experimental electrodischarge sinking of special materials for aerospace industry
Macháčová, Veronika ; Mouralová, Kateřina (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
The aim of this master's thesis is experimental electric discharge sinking of special materials for the aerospace industry. The first part is a general overview regarding the technology of electric discharge machining with emphasis on electric discharge sinking. Following this is a practical part devoted to the electric discharge sinking of the Nimonic 263 material with a copper tool electrode with a subsequent evaluation of surface and subsurface changes in this material. The wear of the tool electrode is also examined with the conclusion highlighting combination of machined material and tool electrode material behave in different working conditions and how the surface layer of machined material is affected.
The application of electrical discharge sinking at technology of production of indexable insert cemented carbide
Gábor, Radek ; Prokop, Jaroslav (referee) ; Osička, Karel (advisor)
This diploma thesis view to problem electrical discharge sinking. Forth with deal production of indexable insert cemented carbide and application electrical discharge sinking at this technology.
Electrical Discharge Machining of Materials for Cutting Tools with Focus on Manufacturing Process Optimization
Nováková, Radana ; Šurda, Adam (referee) ; Slaný, Martin (advisor)
This bachelor thesis describes and deals with the electro discharge machining, with a focus on optimizing the production process. In particular points to the factors influencing the course of machining.
Rationalisation of electrospark machining
Janhuba, Tomáš ; Kalivoda, Milan (referee) ; Osička, Karel (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with rationalization of EDM in the Schaeffler plant. The introductory part discuss about this type of machining, while its main purpose is the explanation of material removel process and conditions that the process must meet. It’s a summary of information that needs to be known before implementation of rationalization. The following part of the work describes an initial state of electroerosive workshop. It explains operation of the workshop or what machines are used there. In this part are also written the problems that the workshop have. After that there is part which is focused on the suggestion of solution and testing of that suggestions. The conclusions of that and whether the processess were racionalized are summarized in the technical-economic evaluation chapter and in conclusion chapter.
